FAQs

1. Why should I share my story on your blog?

As a freelancer, you need to promote your services and products. An interview is a great opportunity to present yourself. I believe that the copywriting business and hiring process is largely personal. We all do business with people we like and trust. An interview makes it easy for you to demonstrate your experience (by samples or a link to your portfolio), your values and something personal that creates a bond with other people.

2. Can you tell me more about the process?

Sure. After you fill out the form, I will review it and contact you with the details if your story is a good fit for my blog. You will get the questions by email or LinkedIn. After you send me your answers as a file, I will create a blog post and publish it. If there’s anything you’d like to change afterwards, just let me know. I take the picture from some of your social profiles or your website. If you want to use a specific image, please send it to me with your answers.

3. I’m just starting out and still have a full-time job. Can I apply?

Definitely. I love helping new freelance copywriters promote their services. Every freelancer is facing different challenges – beginners and experienced writers alike. I believe, you can learn from everybody. So, even if you are just starting out, don’t hesitate to contact me.

4. How long should my answers be?

Please make sure that your answers combined are at least 800 words in length. The interviews with Chris Worth and Brocton Rye are great examples of how to promote your copywriting services.
